2 c. sugar
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ c. milk
½ c. margarine or butter
Melt in a medium-large pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in:
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. creamy peanut butter
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
Drop by spoonful onto wax paper or spread into an 8 x 11 inch pan (with wax paper lined). Let cool until hardened.
