Cashew Chicken

3 half breasts

2 T chicken broth

2 T soy sauce

¼ tsp sugar

¼ tsp pepper

1 egg white

2 green onions

½ cup cashews

2 T oil

¼ tsp salt

Cut chicken into cubes. Combine broth, soy sauce, sugar, etc. Marinate for 1 hour. Stir fry and serve with rice
