Pear and Spinach Salad with Basil Vinaigrette

Salad:
spinach                         candied pecans
feta                               craisins
pears

Dressing:
1 cup oil                        2 Tbls dried basil
1/2 cup white vinegar     2 tsp garlic pepper
½ cup sugar                  pinch of salt
